As valentines day approaches, I hope people take this time to show that special someone just how loved they are.

Being a hopeless romantic, valentines day is one of my favorite holidays.  This day is built around true love, but this doesn’t mean you have to spend a lot of money.  Be creative, surprise you loved one with a poem from the heart or a home cooked candle lit dinner.

I believe there is something special and unique inside every human being.  So if you haven’t  found that true love, trust me, you will.  Everyone has a soul mate.

I am so proud of this Me Too movement.  It’s shinning a light on victims of sexual harassment and assault.

It’s not just in Hollywood, there are politicians, police officers and many other powerful people abusing their power.

For decades people were afraid, but the silence has been broken.  We will no longer stand for this sexual misconduct.

These people of power need to be held accountable for their disgusting behavior.  It took just one courageous person to stand up to their abuser and let their abuser know this is not OK.  Now many more strong women and men joined the movement that will change the country forever.

2018 is the year I hope people follow their dreams making them a reality.  Lets work together and try to stop these random acts of violence that plagued 2017.

Every time I watched the news I felt as though the best country in the world was falling apart within.

I am very optimistic that 2018 will be the year that we as a  country can be proud.  If you see someone down help lift them up.  It only takes a few kind words to change someones day.

I have now spent 8 years of my life in prison.  I am not the man I once was,  I am now the man my family always knew I could be.

Honestly I’ve had a lot of help from some amazing people from all over the United States and Canada.  To everyone who has sent me a letter, money or visited, Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  Your kindness has helped me through some of the most difficult years of my life.

To my family I’ll never be able to thank you enough for your love and guidance throughout my entire life.  Just know there isn’t a minute that goes by, that I don’t appreciate everyone of you.
